EXPO XXI covers 10,000 sq. of flexible exhibition space, with minimum height and weight restrictions. Krakow - International Cultural Center

Situated in heart of Krakow, after major construction works in 1998-1999, the Center can finally boast a modern, technologically advanced conference complex. The name of the conference hall The Ravens is connected with the old tradition of the place. The new venue, with a seating capacity of 180-200, is one of the few places in Krakow which are fully adapted for conference purposes (professional conference equipment including equipment for simultaneous interpreting). The foyer of the complex may double either as a reception area or as an exhibition hall. Located in Krakow's most distinguished point, the complex is within an easy distance from the train station (10 minutes) and the Krakow - Balice airport (25 minutes). A variety of hotels and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood make it a particularly convenient choice. The International Cultural Center's experience of nearly ten years guarantees the highest standards for any events which will be organized in this attractive venue.

Poznan - International Fair Center

PIF conference halls can be used all year round, during fair events as well as in the period between exhibitions. 12 well-equipped conference halls, with a total seating capacity for 2500. The smallest hall cat seat 40 people, the largest - 1200. All halls are situated on the PIF ground, in the very center of Poznań, within a short distance of a railway and bus stations. Guarded car park situated close to the PIF grounds with spaces for 850 cars (including 50 buses). Restaurants situated close to the conference halls enable you to organize receptions and to serve food and drinks. Within 500 meters from the PIF grounds there are two hotels which can accommodate 1230 visitors.
